Odoo Support Packs

As official Odoo partners with deep ERP, CRM, and accounting software experience and a broad understanding of business systems, we offer support that goes beyond break-fix troubleshooting. We help you fine-tune your Odoo setup to match your real-world processes, install and configure new apps, streamline workflows, set up users and permissions, and make sure your system is working for you—not the other way around. Our Odoo support packs are built to help you get the most out of your system—without the need for custom development. Whether you're streamlining what you already have or expanding into new apps, we provide practical, business-focused support to keep your Odoo environment clean, efficient, and working the way you work.

Our support packs give you hands-on help with the tools that keep your CRM working for your team—not against them. We focus on practical, high-impact support that improves performance, saves time, and gets real results. Whether you're cleaning up an existing setup or building something new, we’re here to make it easier.

Included services:

  • Building and optimizing workflows and sequences.

  • Installing and configuring apps from the marketplace.

  • Setting up dashboards tailored to user roles.

  • Programming custom fields, properties, and objects.

  • Creating reports and custom views.

  • Supporting basic integrations using Zapier or Make.

We don’t include custom code or API-level development in our support packs, but we’re happy to scope and quote that work separately when needed.

CRM Training Packs

Our HubSpot, Keap and Odoo training packs are designed to help your team master the systems—not just click around. Developed by adult education experts, our approach goes beyond surface-level tutorials to focus on real understanding and lasting capability. We deliver live, Zoom-style sessions tailored to your team’s needs, supported by detailed training plans, helpful links, videos, and other resources to reinforce learning. Every session is recorded for future reference, so your team can revisit what they’ve learned anytime. It’s practical, professional training—built to empower, not overwhelm.


Website Support - Monthly Subscriptions and Bundles

We provide support packages for Joomla, Wordpress,  HubSpot, Thryv, Shopify, Squarespace, and Square websites, even if we didn't create them for you. We also provide these support packages for Drupal, Magento, or custom websites that we developed.

Each maintenance package requires a one-time $500 start-up fee that covers the costs of familiarizing ourselves with your website, addressing any hosting or DNS issues, and setting your site up for 24/7 monitoring. Start-up fee waived for sites created by WeRX.Marketing, as long as there has been no other website manager in the interim.

Each Monthly Subscription Includes:

  • Troubleshooting
  • Content Management (additions, removals, changes). Does not include copywriting.
  • Image management (resizing, cropping). Does not include masking or photo editing.
  • Organic SEO
    Security updates and patches
    Maintenance and management of basic website functions
    Installation of new extensions

Monthly Subscriptions for New Website Customers

When we take on a website we didn’t build, we need to get familiar with its setup before we can support it properly. Every platform (Joomla, HubSspot, WordPress, Shopify, Drupal, Wix, etc.) has its own quirks, and every site is configured a little differently. The $500 initiation fee covers our time to review your site’s structure, security, hosting environment, and integrations so that when you need help, we can respond quickly and confidently. It’s a one-time fee, and after that you’ll have the same level of responsive support as all our ongoing customers.

One-Time Bundles of Website Support Hours

If you don't need ongoing support, but just need to get some work done on your site, you can buy a one-time bundle of support hours.  Time spent will be tracked to the minute.
